This Privacy Policy applies to the Marble Restorer mobile application and related services operated by REVKO (the “Application”). REVKO is referred to as the “Service Provider” in this Policy.
The Application is a documentation, reference, and project organization utility for stone restoration workflows. It is not a guaranteed restoration system, official material certification tool, structural engineering tool, safety compliance service, or replacement for professional conservation judgment.
The Application does not collect, log, retain, sell, or share any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This technical data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.
If the app stores uploaded stone photos, captured photos, analysis metrics, temperature/lightness/texture values, material match results, stone catalog selections, restoration formulas, project names, site descriptions, locations, cover photos, notes, intervention logs, before-and-after photos, materials used, history archive items, favorited formulas, or app settings, such information is intended to remain locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device for tracking purposes.
If a user manually adds a project location or site description inside a restoration project sheet, that information is stored as part of the local project record controlled by the user.
Because the Application does not collect or retain personal data on the Service Provider’s servers through normal use, the Service Provider does not maintain a retention period for user personal data collected by the Application.
Local app records, if created by the user, remain on the user’s device until the user edits them, deletes them, clears local app data, or uninstalls the Application. This may include project sheets, photos, analysis references, intervention logs, materials records, history items, favorited formulas, and settings.
If you contact REVKO directly by email or another external channel, any information you voluntarily provide may be retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Since Marble Restorer does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the app from your device. Locally stored app data may also be removed by using device-level app data controls, app-level deletion controls if available, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily contact REVKO or provide information outside the Application, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@revko.ink.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, you can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through other means, a parent or guardian should contact REVKO to request deletion.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold through external communication channels.
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting Application personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided outside the Application, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be requested by contacting the Service Provider at support@revko.ink.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Marble Restorer is a documentation, reference, and project organization utility. It does not replace professional conservation judgment, manufacturer instructions, material testing, safety procedures, structural engineering review, or certified restoration assessment. Photo analysis results should be verified by qualified professionals before use on valuable, sensitive, or historically significant surfaces.
